 INSIDE BOOTH CONSTRUCTION - Inside booths are 10 feet in size.  Normal height restriction     for all exhibits, including sign, is eight feet, unless prior approval has been obtained. Booth equipment consists of drapes suspended on covered supports eight feet in height at the back of the booth. Written permission is to be obtained if there is to be any masonry construction or other unique construction on the floor. The Spring Expo Committee reserves the right to reject any exhibit, or part thereof, which is not in keeping with the character and spirit of the show. Tables and chairs will not be furnished but will be available to rent at the show. Please do not hand out stickers and no helium balloons in Expo l.

    OUTSIDE BOOTH CONSTRUCTION - Outside booths are 25 feet by 40 feet. There is no height restriction on outside exhibits. The Spring Expo Committee reserves the right to reject any exhibit, or part thereof, which is not in keeping with the character and spirit of the show.

    INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITS - The installation of exhibits begins at 9:00 a.m. Friday, March 10th, 2016, and must be completed by 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 11th, 2016.

    SOUND EQUIPMENT - Loud speakers, radios, television sets or the operation of any such machinery or equipment which is of sufficient volume to be annoying to neighboring exhibitors will not be permitted. Public address systems used to attract the attention of people passing in front of any booth will be prohibited.

    COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS - Combustible oils, gases, or charcoal cannot be used. All flammable material must be fire-proofed.

    SELLING OF PRODUCTS - This is a selling show and we encourage you to promote and sell your products.

    DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE AND SOUVENIRS - Printing, advertising, souvenirs, etc. may be distributed by exhibitors from their own space only. Any souvenir or advertising that is of an objectionable or undignified character will not be permitted. Souvenirs should not be of noise making variety.

    CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACE - An exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted to him, nor exhibit therein any other goods, apparatus, advertising signs, etc., other than those manufactured or sold by the exhibitor in the regular course of business, without consent of the Expo Committee.

    UNOCCUPIED SPACE - If any exhibitor fails to occupy space contracted for or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of the expo agreement; the Expo Committee has the right to rent such space to any other applicant without releasing the exhibitor from paying the sum agreed upon in the contract.

    EVENTUALITIES - In case the Expo building(s) shall be destroyed by fire or other elements, or by any other cause, or in case any other circumstances shall make it impossible for the Expo Committee to permit the contracted space to be occupied by the exhibitor, the Expo contract shall terminate and the exhibitors shall waive any claim for damages.

    LIABILITY - The Spring Expo Committee shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage   that may occur to the exhibitor, or to the exhibitors’ employees or property from any cause whatsoever, prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by the Spring Expo contract and the exhibitor on signing contract expressly releases the foregoing named organization, individual representatives, committee and officials from any or all claims for such loss, damage or injury.  Watchmen will patrol booth at night giving ordinary care. All exhibitors will provide the committee a certificate of public and property liability insurance to protect themselves.

   AMENDMENTS - The Expo Committee has full power to interpret and to make or amend these rules.  Whenever these rules do not cover, the Expo Committee reserves the right to make such rulings as may appear to be in the best interest of the Spring Expo and the exhibitor agrees to accept and abide by such rulings. Refunds are at the discretion of the Expo Committee.
